About Me
I am an award-winning social entrepreneur and advocate for cultural transformation and resilience. Through my work, I have led movements that inspire personal accountability, foster belonging, and rewrite harmful narratives within communities.
As the founder of Shark Truth, I spearheaded a global campaign to halt shark fin consumption, preventing over 80,000 bowls of shark fin from being served and contributing to conservation policies across Canada, the U.S., and Hong Kong. My work has been recognized with honours such as a Global Ashoka Fellowship and features in The Globe and Mail, The New York Times, and South China Morning Post.

Today, I continue my professional journey by focusing on advancing resilience and healing within family systems. Combining evidence-based tools like mindfulness and adult development, I offer services as a Life Design Coach and Mindfulness Instructor. I am also currently a therapist-in-training, and hold a deep commitment to cultural change.
